We build the tool by asking the person who lives the problem.

I'm Elijah Pasquet, founder of Modern Shift Solutions. We don't build technology looking for a problem to solve. We find the people stuck doing manual work, ask them exactly what's eating their time, and build the thing that takes it off their plate. AiTalentBot came from doing exactly that.

Before this, I spent 15 years in pharmaceutical and medical sales. The work was the same at its core: learn how a practice really runs, find the gap, and show how to close it.

Where AiTalentBot Came From

It started with a real HR director and a real problem.

The origin

Built in direct response to the needs of an experienced HR hiring professional.

AiTalentBot wasn't dreamed up in a vacuum. It started with a conversation with a longtime HR director. Her team was too small to call every applicant, and every one of them needed a first conversation before anyone knew if they were a fit. A single first phone screen took her 15 to 30 minutes.

So I asked her a simple question. If you could build the perfect tool for this, what would it do? Her answer became the blueprint. Screen every applicant. Take the admin and the paperwork off her desk. Go deep enough to actually learn something. And give the hiring manager a report she could put in front of her boss.

That's how everything we build works. We start with the practitioner, not the technology. The people doing the work already know exactly what would make it better. They just need someone who can build it.
