About
We build the tool by asking the person who lives the problem.
I'm Elijah Pasquet, founder of Modern Shift Solutions. I don't build technology looking for a problem to solve. I find the people drowning in manual work, ask them exactly what's eating their time, and build the thing that takes it off their plate. AiTalentBot came from doing precisely that.
Where AiTalentBot Came From
It started with a real HR director and a real problem.
The origin
Built in direct response to the needs of an experienced HR hiring professional.
AiTalentBot wasn't dreamed up in a vacuum. It started with a conversation with a seasoned HR director who was buried. She had hundreds of applicants coming in for a single role, and every one of them needed a screening call before she knew whether they were worth her time. That first round of calls was eating her week, and the write-ups afterward were eating her nights.
So I asked her a simple question. If you could build the perfect tool for this, what would it do? Her answer became the blueprint. Screen every applicant. Handle the rejections and the paperwork. Go deep enough to actually learn something. And give the hiring manager a report she could put in front of her boss.
That's how everything we build works. We start with the practitioner, not the technology. The people doing the work already know exactly what would make it better. They just need someone who can build it.
What I Believe
The tools to fix this already exist. Most people just don't have someone who gets both the work and the tech.
That's the gap I fill. I understand how a business runs day to day, and I know how to use technology to make it run better. And I'll always be straight with you about what's worth doing and what isn't.
One More Thing
If something won't work for you, I'll tell you.
Some of what people claim AI can do today is real and reliable. Some of it isn't there yet. Here's how I handle both.
Tell you the truth before you spend a dollar
If the thing you want isn't ready for your situation, I'll say so. If a simpler fix works better than an AI one, I'll recommend that instead. I'd rather earn your trust slowly than lose it the moment something doesn't work as promised.
No overselling. No black boxes.
You'll always know exactly what we're building, why, and what to expect from it. If something isn't performing the way it should, you'll hear from me before you have to ask. That's the standard I hold myself to.
Let's find the first thing worth fixing.
Bring me the messiest, most repetitive part of your week. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing, and what it would take.
